How much notice do I need to cancel or change a gardening visit?

Please let us know at least one day before your booking date if you need to cancel or change your gardening visit. This gives us the best chance to rearrange the schedule.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Manchester weather can change quickly. If conditions are unsuitable for the planned work, we will reschedule your appointment for another suitable time.

When and how do I pay for my gardening job?

Payment is due once the job is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the work. We accept bank transfer or cash.

What do I need to prepare before you arrive?

Please make sure we have access to the garden when we arrive, including any required side-gate access. For everyone’s safety, please keep dogs indoors during the visit. MAKE SURE THERE IS NO DOG POO 😆 thanks
